HOW TO BOOK A TRIP

Our trips are highly specialized and personalized, so you will not find here the shopping cart and a one-click booking option.
Each of our trips is different and tailor-made for the group.
To create homogeneous teams and for safety reasons, we want to get in touch with each participant before booking.
This is even more true for customized trips, organized on request, for which we agree on ad hoc conditions of supply of our services.
To join a group trip:
- In this website, choose the trip you wish to join from one of the pages:
– SUGGESTED TRIPS (trips with upcoming booking deadline or special offers)
– SCHEDULED TRIPS (trips with established departure date)
– ALL TRIPS/ FIND YOUR TRIP (select your trip by using the filters: destination/activity/month of the year);
(or alternatively contact us for any enquiry of a CUSTOMIZED TRIP). - From the chosen trip page, send us the booking request form duly filled-in, or alternatively contact us by email, whatsapp or phone with your enquiry. You will be contacted by return and will receive all information about: trip confirmed dates, prices, specific conditions, and the booking form.
- To finalize your booking, return us by email the booking form duly filled-in, and pay the deposit, which amounts to 30% of the land services quota+ (when requested) the full amount for visa, insurances, flights + the reservation fee of 60 €, unless otherwise specified by the communication previously sent.
Thr balance is normally due within 3o days from the departure date. - Payments shall be effected in euro by one of the following methods:
– transfer by international bank wiring;
– PayPal (directly from your PayPal account, or even without account by credit card).
Within short we will make available the option to pay online with Stripe.
Please note: commissions applied by the bank and/or payment system will be at your charge.
